His strategic insights and innovative approaches are instrumental in shaping our organization's AI research goals and critical industries support agenda.

Urban is a pioneering leader in vehicle and industrial technology with over 35 years of hands-on operational and strategic experience. He founded and led the NMFTA's cybersecurity program and continues to advise top transportation and industry bodies on technical AI risk. Independent Director/Advisor

A globally recognized authority, Nadya brings more than three decades of leadership across technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise transformation, with experience spanning government and multiple industries, including utilities, telecommunications, industrials, and technology. She has advised senior executives and boards on cyber risk governance, modernization, resilience, and large-scale digital transformation. In recent years, her work has increasingly focused on the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance; areas central to MINERVA’s mission.
